Aristotle: friend as another self.

During my vacation in Las Vegas I had stayed with my cousin Dylan.

He knows me better than anyone. Whatever I'm thinking he can tell and whatever he's feeling I would know. We're like two peas in a pod.

This relates to Aristotle's belief that a friend is another self. We obviously wouldn't be friends with people that we don't like, and the people that we do like often reflect our own personalities.

He's basically the boy version of me, just smarter and more active.

  1. Woah you went to Disney together?! Im so jealous! I find it kind of cool how your other self lives so far away yet you are still very close. It goes to show that distance doesn't mean as much as people think. The bond of friendship knows no distance.
